As a Remote Customer Service Representative for Walmart Online, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Walmart’s online customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. This role involves interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Handle complaints and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple systems
- Ability to multitask and handle high-volume inquiries
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in e-commerce or retail customer service
- Familiarity with Walmart’s products and services
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) are a plus
- Experience with CRM software and customer support tools
