Mission:

Ascent Security Consultants combine strong project management expertise with deep cybersecurity knowledge. As a Consultant, your hands-on experience with effective cybersecurity strategies, along with your clear, reliable communication, helps build trust with clients and ensures accurate recommendations for Microsoft Security implementation and maintenance. As a self-starter, your ability to take initiative in creating, presenting, supporting security audits, and leading thoughtful project design and execution makes you a vital part of the team.

Responsibilities:

Develop project plans and weekly status reports.
Identify and communicate project risks, key decisions, and dependencies.
Engage with key stakeholders and build effective relationships.
Gain thorough understanding of customer’s network, information and security systems.
Manage customer communication and expectations ensuring customer satisfaction throughout implementations.
Provide all manner of support including installation and configuration.
Provide troubleshooting and de-bugging during the engagement. Assist with technical questions and concerns.
Help Project Managers and Engagement Managers manage customer communication and expectations ensuring customer satisfaction throughout implementations.
Assist customer teams with technical questions.
Develop technical documentation and conduct transfer knowledge to customers.
