KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Experience in the airline or travel industry is preferred but not required.

WORKING HOURS
