Job Summary:

Walmart is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative working from home. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
• Provide product information, assist with order placement, and track deliveries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in our system.
• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer issues.
• Stay updated on Walmart products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using computers and familiar with customer service software.
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.

 

Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is an asset but not mandatory.
• Experience working remotely is preferred.

 

Working Hours:

• Part-time position with flexible hours.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
