URPOSE OF POSITION:
he Sr. HRIS Analyst & Reporting Specialist is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the HR Information System (HRIS), managing HR reporting processes, and supporting the development and ongoing maintenance of a new HR Portal. A key function of this role is ensuring data accuracy, developing and generating reports, managing HR system enhancements, and maintaining the HR Portal. Proficiency in ADP, UKG, and Excel is essential for success in this position.
