Data Entry Specialist Duties:
- Provide internal support through data input and data entry, processing invoices, and reviewing payment statements to ensure accuracy
- Enters, updates, and maintains data in internal databases relating to customers, products, and suppliers
- Provides technical support to new and existing internal processes
- Maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Researches as needed to resolve problems
- Proactively works to resolve any discrepancies and user errors
Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent typing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Positive attitude
