Job Description

Looking for a personable individual that is passionate about teamwork and enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative, and dynamic organization. Individual must be customer focused, adaptable, and possess strong follow-up and organizational skills to create processes and efficiencies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Execute and support location initiatives through administrative support for the RIC leadership team ensuring responsive, accurate, and efficient support for day-to-day administrative requirements
• Utilize Concur, PCARD, and myBuy following company policies for all travel, purchasing and expenses for the department
• Create, run, and distribute reports as needed for the RIC team
• Research, maintain, and inventory all department equipment for both in-office and WFH employees
• Organize all period town halls, quarterly RI leadership meetings, and miscellaneous department special events
• Other job duties as assigned

ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS:

• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Strong influence and negotiation skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills

Qualifications/Requirements

• Intermediate MS Office Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to manage time and plan independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with all levels within the organization
• Must have availability and flexibility to work overtime when necessary
