Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized Office Clerk to handle tasks like greeting visitors, data entry, invoicing, and managing inventory. You’ll also assist with shipping documents and communicate with customers and vendors. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks, and customer service experience are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
- Perform general office tasks, including filing, data entry, answering phones, and processing mail
- Review and enter incoming invoices into QuickBooks
- Create and send invoices to customers
- Manage office and shop supplies, including maintaining inventory and placing orders
- Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Prepare shipping documents, such as bills of lading and shipping orders
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal staff regarding shipments and product deliveries
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of QuickBooks
- One year of experience in customer service preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
