Reporting to the VP, GM of Sam's Club MAP, you will lead a dynamic team of 6+ associates and create our MAP Commercialization efforts across a variety of products and markets. With over 10 years of experience in product development, commercialization, and go-to-market strategies, you will launch the latest adtech/martech solutions. Working collaboratively across teams, you will adapt to industry changes and inspire innovation. Cultivate an environment where associates adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics.

What you'll bring...

10+ years' experience in related fields such as product development, commercialization, go-to-market strategy, business development.
10+ years of leadership experience in the retail media/digital search/eCommerce space.
6 years' experience in business development, market development, or related area.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, business, finance, marketing and sales, healthcare, or related area.
Proficiency in data analysis and the use of business data analysis software.
Successful in bringing adtech/martech products to market.
Size demand trends in adtech/martech product design.
Navigate cross-functional partners during the sequencing of product build in adtech/martech design.
Demonstrated knowledge of the retail media industry and future trends such as privacy, cookie deprecation, and universal ID.
Demonstrated ability to react and adapt to rapidly changing industry dynamics without emotional attachment to projects.
