What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound sales calls from prospective and existing business customers, building rapport and recommending solutions
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives based on targeted metrics
- Maintain knowledge of T-Mobile products and services through ongoing training
- Set appointments for outside sales representatives for more complex sales opportunities
- Complete required documentation and maintain customer records
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Less than 2 years of sales experience in a commissioned environment
- Previous telesales and business sales experience
- Proven sales track record and customer service experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Inside sales experience
- Familiarity with T-Mobile tools and systems
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in customer service
