Client Service Assistant - Work from home

 

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Service Assistant to join our team at Dangote Group, a leading multinational corporation. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Ibadan, Nigeria. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Handling inquiries and providing excellent customer service to our clients via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions. 3. Assisting clients with product information, pricing, and order processing. 4. Resolving client complaints in a professional and timely manner. 5. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Conducting market research to identify potential new clients and opportunities. 7. Providing administrative support to the client service team as needed.


Requirements: 1. Independent and passionate individual with strong communication skills. 2. Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems. 4. Strong research skills and adaptability to new technologies. 5. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 6. Prior experience in customer service or related field is required.
