Key Responsibilities

Receiving and Storing Inventory:Unload trucks, receive products, and store inventory in designated areas.
Picking and Packing Orders:Accurately pick products from shelves and pack them for shipping.
Quality Control:Inspect products for damages and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
Maintaining Cleanliness:Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
Operating Equipment:Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Adhering to Safety Protocols:Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Assisting with Shipping:Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and loading packages onto delivery trucks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Education:High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Stamina:Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
Attention to Detail:High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
Team Player:Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Basic Computer Skills:Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer operations.
Flexibility:Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

Previous Warehouse Experience:Preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
