In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our travel team, crafting bespoke itineraries, drafting emails, conducting hotel rate checks, organizing concierge services, liaising with suppliers, and nurturing relationships within our trusted network of suppliers and clients. This position offers the flexibility of fully remote work, allowing you to operate your own home-based business as a 1099 independent contractor under our host agency.

Responsibilities:

Client Communication: Compose enticing emails to clients, showcasing exciting travel options
Research & Recommendations: Dive deep into destinations, culinary experiences, and activities to provide personalized travel recommendations
Supplier Coordination: Arrange meticulously curated travel accommodations by coordinating with suppliers to ensure exceptional client experiences
Record Maintenance: Keep detailed records of client travel documents and invoices for seamless transactions
Travel Arrangements: Facilitate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, prioritizing cost-effectiveness through preferred vendors
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to meet all travel needs, from ticket processing to administrative tasks
