Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years' prior scheduling/planning/coordination experience
- Strong computer skills including proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
Skills Required:
- Primavera P6 expertise - The ideal candidate must possess significant knowledge of Primavera P6 as they will be responsible for creating detailed schedules by inputting various project data into the system.
- Effective communication abilities - Excellent written/oral presentation ability is essential when working closely with teams from different departments across multiple locations.
- Analytical thinking - Ability to analyze complex information quickly while paying attention-to-detail would be valuable assets that help ensure projects run smoothly.
Compensation:
Pay rate ranges between $36-$50/hr depending upon relevant previous experiences within similar roles
