What you will do-

Senior Program Managers lead multiple projects and the people running them-they can deliver a program, or a portfolio of projects, and optimize the structure of those efforts for success. They may lead a large, strategically-critical project or projects to ensure timelines and goals are met/communicated appropriately. Align and collaborate with cross-functional team members to successfully deliver on key projects for the business.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop program charters and management plans. Direct, manage, monitor, and control programs. Identify, optimize, and maintain inter-program synergy
  • Analyze and address critical path, major workstreams, intersecting milestones
  • Create program budgets with cross-functional managers and directors
  • Identify, analyze, and understand project risks, develop and monitor a risk response plan
  • Develop and execute communications management plan for program teams and key stakeholders
  • Acts as an escalation point; drives collaboration with program and project team members to resolve conflicts, project issues, and deviations and drives them to resolution
  • Partner with constituent Project Managers or Associates to monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance of component projects and operations, while working to ensure the ultimate success of the organization’s business objectives
  • Coordinate with partners/end users to deliver value to business through opportunity identification, solution delivery, and ongoing support
  • Create and influence best practices for divisional communications management

What you need-

  • Bachelor’s degree -required
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, operations or related field-required
  • 2+ years of project management or program management experience -required
  • PMP or PgMP or equivalent -highly preferred
  • Power BI -highly preferred

$112,800.00-$239,900.00salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
