What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle back-to-back inbound calls, matching products and services with customer needs
- Follow defined guidelines and scripts to facilitate a seamless reservation process
- Prioritize and multi-task while using multiple business software applications
- Take live customer calls during the first week of training
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance the customer journey
What is Required (Qualifications):
- One year of customer service or sales experience in a retail setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including clear speaking voice and active listening
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
- Successful completion of a job-related assessment is required
- Must have a private, quiet work area at home to perform job duties
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Familiarity with computer specifications and technical requirements for remote work
- Previous experience in sales or upselling products/services
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of U-Haul products and services
