What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI's set by ILG leadership
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, builders, contractors, and key stakeholders
- Prepare bids, take-offs, job change orders, and professional sales presentations
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify growth opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):

- College diploma or equivalent required
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, with at least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or relevant industry
- Knowledge of construction, building materials, or manufacturing is highly desirable
- Ability to budget, forecast, and create defined business plans to attack assigned MSA's
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce preferred), PowerPoint, Excel and the balance of the Microsoft Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Ability to understand blueprints related to builder's floor plans strongly preferred
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a results-oriented mindset
