In this role, you'll be responsible for moderating online forum discussions, providing timely responses to customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive user experience. This is a remote position that offers flexible hours and competitive pay.

As an Entry Level Forum Chat Moderator, you'll play a key role in maintaining a positive and productive community of online forum users. You'll work with a team of experienced moderators to ensure that all discussions are in compliance with the company's policies and guidelines.
