Key Responsibilities

- Formulate and assess diverse logistics reports and plans, encompassing ILS Plans, Training Plans, and Maintenance Plans.
- Analyze mission and support scenarios, converting them into implementable logistics requirements.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of availability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Create and validate critical government deliverables, including Plans of Instruction and Trainee Guides.
- Assess logistics system options and provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business development, and advanced projects, to pinpoint challenges and devise solutions.
- Engage in initiatives aimed at process development and enhancement.
Required Skills
- Profound comprehension of the system development life cycle (SDLC) and technical services.
- Proven experience in leading asset management efforts.
- Proficiency in developing and analyzing various logistics reports and plans.
- Strong insights into availability, reliability, and maintainability analysis.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Outstanding organizational skills coupled with a keen attention to detail.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or a related field is essential.
- Experience in leading teams and managing logistics initiatives is highly desirable.
