Role Overview:
As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you’ll build and sustain client relationships, ensuring that each client's needs are met with exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships, understanding client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact, handling inquiries and requests promptly.
- Account Coordination: Support account activities, manage renewals, and ensure client information accuracy.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues proactively, enhancing the client experience.
- Reporting: Generate regular performance and feedback reports.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer support) to meet client needs.
- Client Onboarding: Assist with onboarding, providing resources to ensure a smooth start.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client insights for service improvements.
Skills and Qualifications:
