Full Job Description:-
We seek skilled and friendly individuals to fill remote Customer Service Representative positions. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone. Your primary duties will involve promptly responding to customer requests and concerns and providing exceptional customer service with a focus on professionalism and patience.
Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in multitasking. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment or remotely, is highly desirable.
This remote full-time/part-time position allows you to set your hours. It is suitable for a college student, stay-at-home parent, or someone looking to supplement their life with additional income and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities
- As a remote Customer Service Representative at Lacerlief Advisory, you will be crucial in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Responding to customers and resolving issues promptly and effectively
- Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor in all interactions
- Identifying and addressing customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary

- Ensuring accuracy and completeness in all customer interactions
- Following established protocols and guidelines

In addition, the ideal candidates should be able to submit to and pass a Background check and have a stable home internet connection.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Must have a laptop or Desktop with at least 12GB or BETTER and a dedicated ethernet port; no ethernet adaptors allowed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to convey information clearly and concisely
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic remote environment
