Remote Contact Center Specialist In Nigeria

 

Access Bank is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Ibadan, NG. This is a part-time position at the Associate level with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, motivated, possess strong people management skills, and demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries or issues promptly. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Utilize various communication channels to assist customers, including phone, email, and chat. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay informed on bank products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer inquiries. 8. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and resolution times. 9. Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Energetic personality with a positive attitude towards customer interactions. 6. Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic. 7. Excellent people management skills with the ability to work in a team environment. 8. Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
