The organization is thriving and looking for top talent to join the technical team. They need you, an experienced Cardiology Imaging Support Analyst, to join the team and help take on some exciting upcoming projects!

What you get to do:

  • Play a key role in delivering end-user support for enterprise cardiology healthcare applications
  • Monitor incident queues through ServiceNow and respond promptly to incident calls
  • Take charge of resolving product issues as they arise and escalate unresolvable issues as necessary
  • Provide detailed documentation for both internal users and end users

Qualifications

What you need to succeed:

  • 3+ years of experience providing cardiology application support to end users
  • Hands-on experience with PACS
  • Recent experience with one or more of the following healthcare applications: Merge Cardio, Fuji Synapse Cardiovascular, Merge Hemo, Epiphany, GE Muse, and/or GE Centricity/CCW
  • Proven understanding of the Google suite of productivity tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Have experience with ServiceNow? This will be a major PLUS that sets you apart from the competition!
