• Receive and process incoming merchandise from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliveries.
• Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels in accordance with company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or low stock levels to management.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify any potential issues.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely restocking of merchandise and seamless customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Assist customers with locating and selecting products, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Utilize inventory management systems and technology to accurately track and record merchandise.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding any inventory or stocking issues.
• Work with team members to ensure efficient and effective flow of merchandise from receiving to the sales floor.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
• Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Assist with other tasks and projects as needed to support the overall success of the store.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude, promoting a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.

Job Qualifications

• Excellent Organization Skills: A Receiver/Stocker At Lowe's Must Be Able To Effectively Organize Incoming Inventory And Maintain Accurate Stock Levels On Shelves And In Storage Areas.
• Physical Stamina: This Job Requires Frequent Lifting, Carrying, And Moving Of Heavy Objects, So A Receiver/Stocker Must Have The Physical Stamina To Handle These Tasks.
• Attention To Detail: Accuracy Is Crucial When Receiving And Stocking Merchandise, So A Receiver/Stocker Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Spot Any Errors Or Discrepancies In Inventory.
• Product Knowledge: A Solid Understanding Of Lowe's Products And Their Locations Within The Store Is Essential For A Receiver/Stocker To Efficiently Stock Shelves And Assist Customers With Locating Items.
• Teamwork: The Receiver/Stocker Role Often Involves Working Closely With Other Store Associates, Such As Sales Associates And Inventory Control Specialists, So Strong Teamwork Skills Are A Must. This Includes Effective Communication And The Ability To Collaborate Effectively To Achieve Common Goals.
