The People Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in our organization, supporting HR-related functions with professionalism and efficiency. Working closely with the HR team, this position encompasses various responsibilities across recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Providing administrative support for recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, candidate communications, maintaining recruitment records, and other tasks.
  • Liaison between vendors for HR, Recruiting, and Legal invoices and agreements.
  • Maintain employee records, including personal data, employment history, and organizational changes, while upholding stringent compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Schedule on-boarding and off-boarding meetings and prepare associated paperwork.
  • Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee documentation.
  • Prepare Recruiting/HR reports and presentations or other HR projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, HRIS software, and ATS platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry and record-keeping, ensuring the integrity of HR information.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
