What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Handle 75+ inbound calls per day from patients, clinical staff, and community members
• Assist callers with scheduling, referrals, medication refills, medical advice, registration, and more
• Multi-task by navigating multiple chat channels and software applications
• Provide superior customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction and accuracy
• Exchange complex and sensitive information while acting as a patient advocate

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service-based role
• Strong proficiency in using Microsoft suite and navigating multiple chat channels
• Ability to work 8-hour rotating shift schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience as a contractor placed at a healthcare organization

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bilingual fluency in English and any of the following languages: Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or other
• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
