As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience in customer care or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, reliable, possess strong strategic planning skills, and have a proven track record of leadership.

Responsibilities:

– Manage and oversee all aspects of online customer care, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
– Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer service and support
