Union Pacific is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience in customer care or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, reliable, possess strong strategic planning skills, and have a proven track record of leadership.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee all aspects of online customer care, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
– Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer service and support
– Lead a team of online customer care representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
– Monitor customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:
