Cisco Systems is looking for a passionate and motivated Network Support Engineer Intern to join our team. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Knowledge of network architecture principles, protocols, and technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless
Experience with LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and other network protocols
Knowledge of network security principles, standards, and best practices
Ability to troubleshoot network problems and diagnose network faults
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain Cisco network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.
Monitor and audit the performance of the network and identify potential areas of improvement.
Analyze network traffic and troubleshoot any network issues.
Implement and maintain network security policies and best practices.
Create and maintain documentation of network configuration, changes, and any issues.
Respond to user inquiries regarding network performance and availability.
Provide technical advice and support to other teams and departments as needed.
Assist in the development of new network solutions and technologies.
Participate in network planning, design, and implementation.
Stay up to date on the latest network technologies and trends.
