What You'll Do
- Respond to a high volume of calls from customers, providing accurate information about products and services.
- Answer customer questions and offer relevant solutions.
- Actively listen to understand customer needs and stay calm under pressure.
- Introduce new products, upgrades, and value-added services to customers, including processing sales orders.
- Activate new service lines for phones/devices bought through our retail partners.
- Meet and exceed performance goals.
- Other duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
- Commutable distance to Novi, MI, San Antonio, TX, Reno, NV, or Carlsbad, CA (This role is primarily remote).
Preferred Experience
- Call center sales experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Strong computer skills, including typing and navigating multiple applications at once.
Compensation 💰
- $19/hour base pay plus an uncapped commission plan.
- Average annual compensation (base + commission) is between $40,000 and $65,000, based on performance.
