Design and develop infrastructure software solutions that support the Salesforce cloud-based platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop efficient solutions.
Maintain and enhance existing infrastructure software to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure software, including identifying root causes and implementing fixes.
Conduct research on emerging technologies and make recommendations on their potential use within the infrastructure.
Document code, processes, and procedures to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing within the team.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in infrastructure software engineering.
Utilize Agile methodologies to plan and execute software development projects.
Communicate project status and escalate issues to management as needed.
Mentor and guide junior engineers to help them grow and develop their skills.
Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth integration of infrastructure software with other systems.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
