As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced shop manager to lead our switchboard manufacturing operations.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Master Industrial Electrician to Perform QA/QC and manage our shop personnel and manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing production processes, and ensuring high-quality, cost-effective manufacturing of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Become familiar with our prodcuts and provide QA/QC inspections on all orders prior to final shipment.
-Collaborate with our Manufacturing leadership staff to write detailed QA/QC SOP's
Supervise Electrical shop personal on a daily basis.
Lead the Electrical manufacturing team to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance, to streamline processes and improve product quality.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
Hold daily safety briefings and tool box talks to improve safety culture
Implement lean manufacturing principles and practices to optimize workflow and eliminate waste.
Lead and actively manage the production staff, including daily output and performance.

Qualifications:

HS Diploma or equivalent.
Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
Master or Journeyman Electrician with Industrial focus.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing, Electrical supervisory or shop environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory or manager role.
-Demonstrated Experience in electrical component manufacturing.
Preferred Experience - Manufacturing of LV switchboards and control wiring production.
Proven track record of successfully managing manufacturing operations and driving process improvements.
Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience working in the renewable energy industry is a plus.
