- Problem Solving:Handle unexpected issues or changes in travel plans with efficiency and composure, offering viable solutions to ensure a seamless travel experience
- Sales and Revenue Generation:Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting additional services, upgrades, and special packages to enhance the client’s journey
- Customer Relationship Management:Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and anticipating their future travel needs
