Position Overview:
As a High Volume Recruiter, you will play a critical role in our talent acquisition strategy by managing the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions simultaneously. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume recruitment efforts for various positions across the organization.
- Collaborate with recruiting managers to define job requirements and develop compelling job descriptions.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.
Qualifications:
- High-School Diploma required
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, with a track record of successfully filling positions in a timely manner.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for recruitment.
- Bilingual in ASL and English is a plus
