Responsibilities

Successfully enroll & complete the Paragon training for Level 1
Engage in safe pet handling practices
Perform grooming tasks such as bathing, drying, brushing, trimming nails, and ear cleaning
Demonstrate professionalism while interacting with customers
Ensure the safety and well-being of animals during grooming
Maintain grooming tools and equipment
Assist in generating business through customer interactions
Keep accurate records of pet clients and services provided
Sanitize and maintain grooming areas and equipment
Comply with all safety and sanitization protocols
Complete documentation associated with job duties

Qualifications

Must be comfortable working with various dog and cat breeds
Must provide own grooming tools (clippers, blades, shears) or be willing to purchase them
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to read, write, and count accurately
