About the Position

The Digital Intellect is looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team!

We are seeking an experienced digital ads manager with ad operations experience to help us create and execute results-driven online advertising campaigns for clients. The role primarily involved managing Google Ads campaigns but also has the potential to expand into social media ads and programmatic campaigns.

This role will report to the Director of Operations while working closely with members of the account management team.

Our agency specializes in Search Engine Optimization, Website Design/Development, Paid Advertising, Social Media Management, Email Marketing, Graphic Design/Branding, and more.

We service clients all over the country in a variety of different industries, but specialize in helping small and large medical businesses grow.

Responsibilities:

Client Success

  • Serve as the primary manager of Google Ad Campaigns.
  • This includes initial market research and strategy, campaign build out from scratch, conversion tracking implementation and troubleshooting, ongoing campaign management and optimization, and data analysis and reporting.
  • You will also be expected to attend calls with clients and speak directly to them about the results of the campaign in relation to their overall goals. Comfortability speaking directly to clients about campaign data is important for this role.

Data Tracking and Campaign Reporting

  • An important part of this role is tracking data. We are looking for someone who is comfortable reviewing campaign data and finding insights to pull from it.
  • Building out and monitoring the effectiveness of conversation tracking for phone calls, form fills, and other conversions.
  • Reviewing campaign and conversion data and presenting it to account managers and clients in a concise report on a regular basis.
  • Keeping track of campaign strategy and changes on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure we complete client requests and improve on campaign efficiency over time.
  • Closely monitoring weekly and monthly spend to make sure we are pacing to spend the correct amount of money every month.

Qualities the ideal candidate will possess in this position are:

  • Ideally at least 3 years of experience building and running Google Ad Campaigns.
  • Experience managing both small and large budgets.
  • A highly collaborative, team-oriented individual.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to adapt to change and be outspoken about what could make internal processes better and marketing approaches for clients better.
  • Ability to be client-facing and handle tough conversations.
  • Overall proactiveness with having a positive impact on anything that they’re working on.
  • Confident, goal-oriented.
  • Great verbal and written communication.
  • 4 year Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, conversion tracking, data analysis, etc.
