Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize paid advertising strategies on Facebook, YouTube, and other social media channels.
- Manage end-to-end campaign creation, including ad copywriting, targeting, and creative development.
- Utilize advanced tracking software (Hyros, etc.) to analyze campaign performance and customer attribution accurately.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and audiences to enhance engagement, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
- Monitor ad spend, analyze campaign data, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed client KPIs and ROI goals.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings and insights to clients regularly.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Facebook and YouTube advertising campaigns with a track record of delivering results.
- Expertise in paid media strategies, budgeting, and analytics.
- Proficiency in using tracking and attribution tools like Hyros, Google Analytics, and platform-specific analytics dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written communication skills for ad copywriting and report creation.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Knowledge of retargeting, lookalike audiences, and customer segmentation is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certification.
- Experience with other advertising platforms (e.g., TikTok, LinkedIn) is a bonus.
