Job Description: 

As an Amazon delivery driver, you will be responsible for transporting small parcels to our customers in a timely and professional manner. Your role will involve navigating various routes, ensuring the safe handling and delivery of packages, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities for the Amazon Delivery Driver position:

• Safely and efficiently deliver small parcels to residential and business addresses.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.
• Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle.
• Verify delivery information and obtain signatures or proof of delivery when required.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.
• Handle parcels with care and ensure their security during transit.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is clean and in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team regarding any issues or delays.

Amazon Delivery Driver position qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a GPS and navigate efficiently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and carrying packages up to 50lbs.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
