Full Job Description:

Digital Diagnostics is looking for a Demand Generation Manager who has experience developing marketing campaigns that increase pipeline growth, as well as a track record of successfully partnering with sales teams to lead demand generation efforts. The ideal candidate has experience building the top of funnel pipeline with MQLs that have strong conversion metrics from MQL to SQL/SALs. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, lifecycle marketing, and social media, with hands-on experience in ABM campaign planning, execution, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build top-of-funnel pipeline using digital and field channels
  • Work closely with team to build out messaging, benefits and value propositions
  • Test and measure messaging and channels for effectiveness
  • Speak with existing customers to gather feedback and insights
  • Source, manage and execute on alliance/strategic partnerships
  • Work closely with sales team to develop messaging for targeted outreach
  • Setup and track marketing analytics, performance & ROI
  • Perform and present market research
  • Work closely with leadership to test demand for product expansion opportunities
  • Keep documentation up to date
  • Oversee the development and performance of plans and tactics that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and accelerate inbound requests, resulting in revenue
  • Lead a team to define metrics of success (channel, campaign, etc.) and report to marketing and revenue leadership, compiling ad hoc recommendations that support current and future needs
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the impact of demand generation and tactics, and provide data to marketing leadership on the return on investment (ROI) of individual marketing campaigns on pipeline, bookings, and sales cycle length
  • Collaborate with Content Marketing team and SMEs to create and align content and campaigns with the buyer’s journey and offerings
  • Support senior Marketing leadership with budget allocation and tracking

What You’ll Bring To The Team

  • 6-10+ years of Demand Generation Marketing experience, preferable for a healthcare, AI technology company, and/or startup
  • Healthcare and AI industry experience a major plus
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, lifecycle marketing, and social media, with hands-on experience in ABM campaign planning, execution, and optimization
  • Experience operating in a lead generation and funnel management process, generating pipeline and revenue
  • Experience developing highly personalized marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency with marketing technologies including but not limited to, marketing automation & analytics (Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Hubspot, ZenDesk Sell), social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.)
  • Curiosity to innovate, test, and make recommendations
