Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Agent (Finnish - English), also known as Happiness Officers, who will deliver exceptional customer service through our email and live-chat channels. This role requires an individual with a genuine passion for assisting others and the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and professional customer support via email and live-chat platforms.
- Translate product materials into Finnish using provided tools, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Regularly moderate and review translations contributed by team members.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Assess customer issues effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
