Full Job Description:-

Assist Vice President with writing, designing, and distributing executive communications, reports, and presentations. Research, update and maintain trade and business editorial, awards, and events calendars. Help prepare and submit corporate and executive awards entries. Write and update executive bios and help write personnel announcements, press releases, etc. Conduct comprehensive research and vetting of industry conference and speaking opportunities. Help coordinate and prep executives for appearances at industry and press events. Work closely with internal groups to manage logistics for sponsorships.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of professional communications-related experience in a studio, network, agency, brand or similar organization
  • A self-starter and resourceful problem solver for whom no job is too big or too small
  • Demonstrates curiosity, business acumen, a strong interest in corporate communications and a desire to understand the ‘big picture’
  • Experience with Keynote, SAP, and file sharing systems (Box, Google Drive, SharePoint, etc.) a plus
