Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Container Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the container industry. This role involves generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets for container products.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and outreach.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Present and promote container solutions to prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored container solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s container products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical explanations as needed.
Sales Administration:
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with us to coordinate efforts and share best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to align on lead generation strategies.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the container or logistics industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Knowledge:
- Understanding of container specifications, uses, and market applications.
Attributes:
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn.

Compensation:

Contract monthly income with profit share (10%-30%) based incentives.
