Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Pharma Congress Manager with extensive experience in managing biotech and pharmaceutical meetings and congresses. This pivotal role requires 5-7 years of industry-specific experience and a proven track record in effectively orchestrating complex events.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Commercial Program Lead to ascertain and define the requirements for meetings and congresses.
• Oversee all aspects of meeting and congress management, including the identification of venues, sending invitations, managing registrations, and coordinating food and beverage services, housing, audio-visual needs, and budget reconciliation.
• Coordinate logistics for events, including negotiating exhibitor contracts, managing booth setup and dismantling, staffing, producing promotional materials, facilitating lead generation, and ensuring congress badge registration.
