Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with product information, account management, billing inquiries, and technical support.

Problem Solving:

  • Identify and resolve client issues efficiently while ensuring a high degree of client satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Communication:

  • Maintain clear and open communication channels with clients and team members.
  • Provide clients with accurate information on services, promotions, and company policies.

Persuasion and Sales Support:

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend relevant products or services.
  • Support the sales team by providing insights into client requirements and preferences.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Accurately document client interactions and resolutions in the company system.
  • Prepare reports on client interactions, feedback, and areas for improvement.

Continuous Learning:

  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Keep abreast of changes in company policies, procedures, and offerings.

Requirements:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or training in customer service is an asset.

Experience:

  • No prior experience required; however, customer service experience is a plus.

  • Independent: Able to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote working environment.
  • Resilient: Demonstrates the ability to bounce back from challenges and maintain a positive attitude.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate value to clients and encourage positive responses.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Comfortable using various digital tools and platforms; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is considered an asset.
