- Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of a designated destination at a Walt Disney Company property, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable guest experience.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and exceed performance goals.
- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the Disney standard of excellence.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the Walt Disney Company, promoting the company's values and mission to guests and employees.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Plan and execute special events and promotions to drive guest engagement and increase revenue.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to constantly improve the destination's offerings and guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed guest expectations at all times.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Tourism, Or A Related Field.
- Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Destination Management Or Event Planning.
- Strong Knowledge Of The Local Area, Including Popular Attractions, Accommodations, And Transportation Options.
- Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Clients And Vendors.
- Experience With Budget Management, Contract Negotiation, And Project Management.
