What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform general office duties including answering telephones, preparing reports, and maintaining files
- Draft documents and correspondence as needed
- Provide support to senior staff and manage calendars
- Schedule and manage projects within the home health realm
- Ensure exceptional follow-through on daily home health operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of increasingly responsible secretarial experience
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure
- Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
