We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, be proficient with data entry software, and have a keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy of entered data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems from various sources.
  • Verifying the accuracy of data before it is entered.
  • Updating and maintaining existing data within the system.
  • Ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Conducting regular data quality checks and cleaning up data as necessary.
  • Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested.
  • Assisting with data reporting and generating reports as needed.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
  • Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Preferred Skills:
